FAQ

Dust, tracking and a cat that has opinions

Switching litter, box size, and what to do when the cat stops using it.

Ordering and delivery

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above, otherwise a flat ₹59 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Hyderabad and transit runs 3–8 business days — three to five days to a metro, five to eight days further out. Door to door, plan for 4–10 business days.

How can I pay?

UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.

Returns and problems

Can I return something I have changed my mind about?

Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

What if it arrives broken or does not work?

Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.

Litter, boxes and a fussy cat

How do I switch litter without upsetting the cat?

Mix about a quarter of the new litter into the old, then increase the proportion over a week or two. An abrupt switch is the single most common reason a cat stops using the box.

What size box does my cat need?

About one and a half times the length of the cat, nose to base of tail, and deep enough that digging does not throw litter out. Most boxes sold are too small; the dimensions are on every listing.

Is low-dust litter worth it?

Yes if anyone in the house — cat or human — has a respiratory issue. ‘Low dust’ is not a regulated claim, so we describe what we saw when the bag was poured rather than repeating the packaging.

My cat has stopped using the box. Is it the litter?

Sometimes. But check the box size, the location and whether it is clean first, and see a vet — sudden refusal can be a urinary problem, which is an emergency in male cats. That is a question for a vet, not a shop.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Hyderabad, Telangana workspace, and we answer during Open daily: 10:00 AM–11:00 PM
